A modern waste recycling and rubber processing industrial facility in Aiyinasi — turning plastic, rubber and coconut waste into recycled plastic pellets, rubber granules, raw rubber sheets and coconut shell charcoal. Built on 10–20 acres of stool land with access to rubber farms, coconut production and the Takoradi port, the facility integrates a plastic recycling plant, rubber recycling plant, rubber latex processing unit and coconut charcoal production — plus warehousing, utilities and a community recycling bin network. Estimated investment of $2.8M–$3.5M, projected annual revenue of $2M–$4M after three years, and 150–300 jobs created. Open to joint ventures, public-private partnerships and equity investment, with traditional authority backing from Nana Etwe Kpanyinli VI, Royal Stool of Aiyinasi.

A professionally managed and fully licensed gold trading and aggregation centre, operating within Ghanaian legal frameworks — providing secure logistics and profitable export partnerships.

Wholesale importation and regional distribution of food commodities and consumer goods — building the warehousing and logistics backbone the Western Region needs.

Drilling boreholes and building a reliable water supply network for Aiyinasi and surrounding communities — delivering clean, safe water to homes, schools, farms and businesses.
A new district police headquarters under construction in Aiyinasi — providing a permanent, dignified command base for officers serving Ellembelle and reinforcing public safety for residents, businesses and visitors. Funded and project-managed by the Foundation, with traditional authority backing from the Royal Stool of Aiyinasi.
