We keep the process light, but every sponsor signs onto the same shared expectations so the festival runs with integrity.

Sign the sponsorship MoU
A short Memorandum of Understanding between your organisation and the Aiyinasi Royal Stool Development Foundation, setting the tier, deliverables and timeline.

Submit brand assets
Vector logo (SVG/EPS or high-res PNG), brand colours, and an approved one-line description for use in print, broadcast and digital placements.

Confirm payment by 15 August 2026
Funds payable via bank transfer or MTN MoMo to the foundation. Phased payments are available for Royal Patron and Gold tiers — agreed in the MoU.

One named contact from your team to coordinate with our festival committee on activations, signage and on-the-day logistics.
